These are good videos on cocoa production in Jamaica. Apart from Blackpod disease which is common in both Ghana and Jamaica, other diseases and pests problems appear to be different from the situation in Ghana.
The fermentation process is not done by smallholder farmers as the case is in Ghana and other West African countries.
