WHO IS A SINNER?
Who is a sinner?:
A sinner is someone who is not born again (John 3:3; John 3:7) and also without everlasting life (John 3:16). To be born again is to confess Jesus Christ as one’s personal savior. A sinner is not necessarily that person who always does the bad things around us because sometimes the so called born again also sins. Spiritual maturity plays a major role in determining the behavior and lifestyle of born again persons. The fruits of a sinner are sins but the fruits of a born again person are right living. After being born again, one has to live the new life in Christ through obedience to God’s word and obedience to the Holy Spirit (Philippians 2:12). The new life in Christ is a life of discovery which goes beyond the natural man’s potentials. Indeed, it is a privilege to be born again.
