SOME SUCCESS PRINCIPLES

These are the success principles. Ability makes a man rich not necessarily money. Ability refers to talent(s) or gift(s) or skill(s) or knowledge. Every successful person has one or more abilities. Joseph had the gift of interpretation of dreams. He was diligent in his service to everybody he came across. Finally, he became the prime minister of Egypt. Ability is given by God to everyone. “As for these four children, God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams” (Daniel 1:17). Discover your God given ability and bless the world with it.

Another success principle is that, train yourself for the big picture. Don’t limit yourself to mediocrity. Train yourself to serve the whole world with your ability. The rule is that, the more people you serve with your ability, the more reward you get and God is happy that you are serving your other brothers and sisters. Therefore, look for a human need (or needs) and find solutions to it. Great people we see today saw the big picture years ago and worked towards it. Today, the world is celebrating such great people. If it becomes necessary to go to school and further develop your ability, go on because the world is waiting for the manifestation of your ability. “Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men” (Proverbs 22:29).

Don’t forget that riches amplify personality. A rich person full of pride is not proud because of his/her riches per se. Rather, the pride has been there since but has been dormant until he/she became rich. Money magnifies the personalities of people so work on your personality now with the word of God. “But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant. And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted” (Matthew 23:11, 12). Practice these success principles for excellence in life.
