Jacob as a father was laying the foundation of specialization for his children. Interdependency is one of the major characteristics of man because each and everyone of us has unique quality or qualities.
Interdependency actually results in specialization. Each one of us must find what we are best at and use it to serve our fellow human beings for rewards. Money is a spiritual creation of our creator. Money in the Hebrew language mean ‘counting’. ‘Counting’ also means a successful person of accomplishment.
One should be able to measure achievements to know one’s level of progress. If there is no Hebrew word for something, it may connote a bad idea. There is no Hebrew word for the words ‘retirement’, ‘adolescent’ and ‘fair’. Loose concepts bring about bad relationships. Everybody has a tiny reserve (potential or oil) which can kick start economic miracles.
